The First Two Month Of Joining Is Your Performance Period Starting From Date Of Joining To In This Period We Will Monitored Your Performance Like Behavior, Achieving Targets, Completing Your Commitments, Not Reporting/Attending Meetings/Receiving Calls From Company Etc. In This Performance Period Company Will Decide, Whether We Have To Continue With You Or Not. Based On Your Performance. If We Are Able To Continue With You After Good Performance, You Are Allowed To Work On Contract Basis, Which Is For 6 Month After Completing Performance Month. If Your Services Are Found Satisfactory After The Performance & Contract Period, You Will Be Hired In The Present/Higher ( " Freelance recruitment caller '' ) Position After Completing Contract Period And Salary/Targets Will Be Fixed Accordingly As Per Performance. Increasing In Your Salary Will Be Review Periodically As Per The Policy Of The Company. Increments In The Salary Range Will Be Base On Demonstrated Results And Effectiveness Of Performance During The Period Of Review.

Work Profile
-Your Work Include All Process Whatever Company HR/Recruiter Does In Company Like Generate Data On Your Own Basis Thru AD Posting Or Reference, Call To Candidate And Lineup With Company As Per Requirement, Take Feedback From Company, Agencies Or Candidate Or Any Sources, Etc. From AD Posting To Reporting
Your Services Liable For Termination Without Any Notice Or Payment In Lieu Thereof For Following Points.
1) You Will Not Publish Any Article Or Statement (Except In The Normal Course), Delivered, Any Lecture Or Broadcast Or Make Any Communication To The Press, Including Magazine Publication Relating To The Company's Products Or To Any Matter With Which The Company May Be Concerned, Unless You Have Previously Applied To And Obtained The Written Permission From The Company.
2) You Are Required To Give 15 Days’ Notice Period If You Wish To Give-Up. The Company Will Have The Option To Accept Your Resignation Either With Immediate Effect Or Accept It Effective Any Day Up To The End Of The Notice Period And Pay You Salary For The Remaining Period From The Acceptance Of Resignation Till The End Of The Notice Period
3) While On Contract, This Appointment May Be Terminated By Either Side By Giving 15 Days’ Notice
4) If Any Declaration Given Or Information Furnished By You To The Company Are Found To Be False Or If You Are Found To Have Willfully Suppressed Any Material Information At Any Point Of Time During
5) This Appointment Shall Be Subject To Your Being Found And Certified Physically And Mentally Fit. Further, You Are Required To Maintain Yourself In A State Of Medical Fitness (Physical & Mental). In Case At Any Particular Point Of Time, You Are Found Medically Unfit During Your Services
6) If We Found You As Non- Performer Or Failed In Commitment Or Guilty Of Fraud, Dishonest, Disobedience, Disorderly Behavior, Negligence, Indiscipline, Absence From Duty Without Permission Or Any Other Conduct Considered By Us, Deterrent To Our Interest Or Of Violation Of One Or More Terms Of This Letter. Your Services May Be Terminated Without Notice And Because of Reason Of Any Of The Acts, The Company Shall Be Entitled To Recover The Damages From You.
8) You Will Not Share/Sale Our Company Client Or Candidates Details With Any One Even After Resign The Company
9) Absence/No Work/No Reporting For A Continuous Period Of Two Week With Any Reason Without Prior Approval Of Your Superior
On Termination Of This Contract
You Will Immediately Give Up To The Company &You ID Will Be Deactivate Return All Company Property Which May Be In Your Possession, Specifications, Formula, Books, Documents, Market Data, Cost Data, Literature, Drawings, ID Card, Visiting Cards, Mobile Number, Effect Or Records, ETC. Which Is Belonging To The Company Or Relating To Its Business And Shall Not Make Or Retain Any Copies Of These Items? It Would Be Obligatory On Your Part To Get A Proper Relieving Letter From The Management Before Your Services Are Deemed To Be Concluded
