What will you be doing?
1. Should have an Experience of at least 1 year in Customer Service – US market.
2. Should be ready to make Outbound calls and answer incoming calls.
3. Should take the ownership of complaints and queries of the customers and proactively
follow through to resolution in the given SLA.
4. Should ensure all customers queries are well-investigated and resolved.
5. Develop a professional relationship with customers with a good rapport.
6. Coordinate & provide feedback to the internal team for faster resolution.
